Job Title: Automation Systems Engineer 

As a Automation Systems Engineer, you will play a key role in streamlining manual tasks and connecting core systems into a cohesive, automated workflow.

This 12-month contract role is ideal for someone with a passion for automation, systems integration, and process improvement. You'll work across departments to identify inefficiencies and implement smart solutions using Microsoft Power Automate, AI tools, and system APIs.

  • Automate Manual Workflows: Use Power Automate and AI technologies to automate repetitive tasks and improve productivity.
  • Integrate Key Business Systems: Connect ERP, CRM, WFM, and machinery interfaces to create a seamless data flow.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work with internal teams to understand operational needs and deliver tailored automation solutions.
  • Develop Documentation: Create and maintain documentation and training materials to support adoption.
  • Refine Automation Processes: Monitor, troubleshoot, and refine automation processes for optimal performance.
 Requirements:
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Power Automate, AI tools, and system integration.
  • Familiarity with APIs and data flows between ERP, CRM, WFM, and industrial machinery systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
