Project Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team delivering high-performance workplace construction projects. This role involves managing commercial fit-outs and new office spaces that reflect our unique brand and workplace culture.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual with Contract Administration and commercial experience to deliver high-impact workplace projects in a fast-paced environment, balancing design intent with operational needs.

Main Responsibilities:

Develop strong cross-functional collaboration skills by working closely with internal stakeholders, contractors, and consultants across all stages of the project lifecycle.Gain deep knowledge of end-to-end project delivery, from feasibility and procurement through to construction, handover, and post-occupancy review.Demonstrate ability to deliver projects in occupied workplace environments.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience in project coordination, contract administration, or assistant project management within the construction or commercial fit-out industry.
  • Experience from client-side or contractor-side.
  • Familiarity with construction contract frameworks including AS 4905, AS 4915, AS 4000.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and construction management platforms such as Procore and Aconex.

Nice to Have:

A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline would be advantageous.
