Exciting opportunity for a seasoned interior design professional to lead the successful execution of commercial fit-out projects in Sydney.

The Role:
  • Ensure timely completion and adherence to budget and standards through effective project management.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Designing and documenting projects to meet scope, time frame, and quality expectations.
  • Collaborating with clients and other stakeholders to discuss client needs and preferences.
  • Utilizing computer-aided design software to create models and visuals.
  • Conducting research and preparing plans, diagrams, and sketches for interior constructions, materials, finishes, lighting, and furnishings.
  • Selecting suppliers of materials and finishes.
  • Developing and conceptualizing design plans.
  • Coordinating project documentation and administration tasks.
  • Mentoring and upskilling team members.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • At least 6 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Interior Design or a related field.
  • Australian experience and knowledge of local building codes.
  • Proficiency in software such as ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, or Revit.
  • Experience in commercial fit-outs, specifically workplace environments.
  • Full Australian working rights.
