Commercial Interior Designer Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned and accomplished Commercial Interior Designer to spearhead high-profile projects. The successful candidate will have extensive expertise in managing commercial fit-out projects from inception to completion.


Main Responsibilities:
  • The designer will work collaboratively with seniors to oversee commercial projects, encompassing design development, space planning, and visualisation.
  • The ideal candidate will design and develop functional and aesthetically pleasing solutions for clients, taking into account current building codes and regulations.
  • Coordinate FF&E selection, scheduling, and detailing to ensure timely delivery of high-quality outcomes.
  • Conduct site inspections and surveys to gather information on existing layouts, services, and furniture.
  • Presentation of design concepts and ideas to clients, utilising strong communication skills and visualisation tools.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Interior Designer, preferably in a commercial fit-out environment.
  • Degree in Interior Design or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Revit and other industry-standard software.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing creative design style and ability.
  • An ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.
