Job Title: Senior Site Manager

The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering large commercial fit out projects, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence, build consensus, and work well within a team environment.

As a senior site manager, you will be responsible for supervising and managing projects from start to finish. This includes regular project reporting on time, cost, and quality, as well as working closely with subcontractors to drive programme.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Ensure successful project delivery through effective management and coordination.
  • Maintain open communication channels with customers, suppliers, and contractors to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve project efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in delivering commercial fit out projects in excess of $10m in a senior manager role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and motivate team members.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive project success.
