Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced quarry professional to lead our operations team. This role offers a challenging and dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and development.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the safe and efficient operation of all quarry activities.
  • SUPERVISE AND DEVELOP A HIGH-PERFORMING TEAM TO DELIVER BUSINESS OBJECTIVES.
  • Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • BUDGETING AND COST MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
Requirements:
  • A Quarry Managers Certificate or equivalent qualification is required.
  • STRONG SAFETY LEADERSHIP SKILLS WITH WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS.
  • PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN QUARRY OPERATIONS WITH A THOROUGH UNDERSTANDING OF DRILL & BLAST AND QUARRY DEVELOPMENT.
  • Excellent budgeting and cost analysis skills with experience in P&L management.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplined environment.
