Job Title: Operational HR Manager

This role involves partnering with operational leaders to provide day-to-day HR support, navigate change and build a values-aligned culture.

  • Supporting supervisors and managers on HR matters ranging from onboarding to conduct, performance, IR and injury management
  • Coaching frontline leaders and supporting them through people-related challenges
  • Responding to on-the-ground HR issues with sound judgment and a calm, considered approach
  • Supporting change, workforce planning, and capability initiatives
  • Working closely with WHS and operations teams to create a safe and compliant environment

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5 years' experience in generalist HR or HRBP roles, ideally in operational or multi-site environments
  • Strong knowledge of Australian HR legislation and frameworks, including Fair Work, Awards, ER and IR matters
  • Relationship builder with excellent interpersonal skills and a bias for action
  • Able to work autonomously, manage sensitive matters, and build quiet influence
