Job Overview

The Leader of Site Operations and Administration role is a critical position within the Geraldton Flexible School. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading site operations and data management, ensuring seamless day-to-day activities. They will collaborate with the site Leadership Team to provide leadership and supervision to staff and young people.


Key Responsibilities
  • Operational oversight of daily school operations in the absence of the Principal.
  • Leadership and supervision of staff and young people.
  • Tracking and managing data for quality assurance and strategic improvement plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:


  • Commitment to the values of Edmund Rice Education Australia and building just communities.
  • Capacity to lead the Flexible Learning School culture.
  • Interpersonal skills that support a strong community focus.
  • Registration as a teacher in WA, open driver's license, and willingness to drive school buses.
  • A minimum of 5 years' relevant leadership experience in a school environment.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and current teaching registration in WA.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Working With Children Check.
  • Australian work rights.
  • Valid First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain.
