Role Highlights: This position presents an engaging chance for the right candidate to participate in a variety of tasks encompassing HRIS management, general administration, and Learning & Development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage, ensure compliance, monitor, and enhance HRIS, including employee lifecycle systems and onboarding/offboarding procedures.
- Serve as the primary contact for team members regarding employee processes and policies, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Oversee payroll operations, ensuring timely submission of timesheets and addressing any payroll-related queries.
- Administer contracts and generate correspondence, ensuring adherence to compliance and procedural standards.
- Maintain HR information integrity, ensuring accurate management of HR data.
- Coordinate and manage the company Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring all information is updated in accordance with best practices.
Candidate Profile: To qualify for this position, candidates should possess a proven track record in an administrative role, with a preference for experience in system implementation or data management/reporting.
