About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional support to our Financial Planning team, enhancing client relationships, and ensuring they deliver high-quality financial planning advice. Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day administrative tasks, scheduling and following up on client appointments, updating client information in Xplan, and assisting the team with implementing advice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including client correspondence and data entry
  • Schedule and follow up on client appointments to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Update client information in Xplan to maintain accurate records
  • Assist the team in implementing advice to clients, ensuring timely and effective communication
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong team ethic, and motivation to succeed. A solid understanding of the financial planning process is essential, as well as the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Experience with XPLAN is highly desirable.
