Job Description:

Achieve operational excellence by leading a team of technicians across Melbourne and Adelaide in a dynamic and collaborative environment to deliver high-quality support, timely resolutions, and preventative maintenance programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive team performance and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and initiatives.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through effective communication and issue resolution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Degree in Business Administration or related field

Proven track record in leadership and management

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

Possession of a current driver's license

Appropriate industry certifications (e.g. Worksafe)

Preferred Skills:

  • Project Management Certification (PMP)
  • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
  • Experience working with CRM software
