Key Responsibilities- Provide pastoral care services to residents and their families
- Work collaboratively with the service manager and staff
- Develop and implement pastoral care plans for residents
- Provide spiritual support to residents of all faiths
- Participate in Ecumenical Church services
- Background and qualifications in pastoral care or counselling
- Previous experience in aged care is highly desirable
- Ability to demonstrate Catholic Healthcare's values of compassion, courage, and integrity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
