About the Role:

- Hours: Part-time permanent position

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Pastoral Care Services: Provide support to residents and their families, ensuring their spiritual and pastoral needs are met.
- Collaborate with Team: Work closely with the service manager and staff to ensure seamless delivery of care.
- Develop Care Plans: Create personalized care plans for residents, taking into account their unique needs and preferences.
About You:
- Qualifications: Background and qualifications in pastoral care or counselling (Clinical Pastoral Education, Theology, or Spirituality) are essential.
- Experience: Previous experience in pastoral care, particularly in an aged care environment, is highly desirable.
- Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills are required.
