Pastoral Care Coordinator Role

About the Role:
Catholic Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pastoral Care Coordinator to join our team. As a Pastoral Care Coordinator, you will provide effective pastoral care services to residents and their families, ensuring that residents receive care appropriate to their individual needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide pastoral care services to residents and their families
- Work collaboratively with the service manager and staff
- Develop and implement pastoral care plans for each resident
- Provide a weekly Ecumenical Church service for residents of all faiths
Requirements:
- Background and qualifications in Pastoral Care or Counselling
- Previous pastoral experience in an aged care environment is highly desirable
- Ability to demonstrate Catholic Healthcare's values of compassion, courage, and integrity
- Highly developed communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills
