Your Role:

You will step into this Line 2 Compliance role, providing strategic advice on change, change process, and integrity of changes. You will provide insights to the Board, Board Committees, and GLT, ensuring there is an adequately designed assurance program to provide comfort of the integrity of control environment for key regulatory change.

This role is accountable for overseeing the review and challenge of Line 1's implementation of regulatory change, and providing oversight over the regulatory change portfolio. You will drive the continuous process improvement of IAG's management and delivery of regulatory changes.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you'll need extensive experience (7 years+) in leading risk and/or compliance functions within financial services. You should have previous experience in a project management, change management, regulatory, legal, audit, and/or risk management role with the ability to engage and influence at the Executive Manager and Executive General Manager level.

Key skills and qualifications include leadership within a complex project/change environment, proven change management skills, and the ability to actively keep abreast of changes in the external environment and translate them into internal actions.
