The Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our diverse team and make a positive impact on someone's life every day. As a full-time contract employee, you will work closely with our team to resolve workplace conflicts and facilitate sustainable return-to-work outcomes.
Your Responsibilities
- Resolve Workplace Conflicts: Use your mediation and communication skills to resolve workplace conflicts that have resulted in psychological injury claims.
- Facilitate Early Access to Treatment: Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate early access to treatment and other required services to support the worker's timely recovery and return to work.
- Develop and Action Early Intervention Plans: Work with workers, employers, and treatment providers to develop and action early intervention plans to achieve key objectives.
- Support Claims Management: Collaborate with Case Managers, Technical and Injury Management Specialists, and Team Leaders to support claims management.
- Interact with Stakeholders: Interact with internal and external stakeholders through video conferencing, phone calls, and face-to-face meetings.
About You
- Experience and Qualifications: You have experience or qualifications in mediation, facilitated workplace discussions, or conflict resolution.
- Problem-Solving Skills: You can identify and resolve problems by taking action consistent with information and evidence gathered from different sources.
- Interpersonal and Communication Skills: You have strong interpersonal and communication skills across a range of mediums.
- Relationship-Building Skills: You can build productive relationships and meet stakeholder needs.
