EML is a leading Workers Compensation and Personal Injury Claims Management business, dedicated to helping individuals recover and return to work. Our team is passionate about making a positive impact on people's lives, and we're seeking a skilled professional to join our diverse team.

This is a full-time contract position based in our Parramatta office, with flexibility to work from home. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality support and intervention to workers and employers who have lodged psychological injury claims caused by alleged bullying and harassment.

Your Responsibilities
  • Resolve workplace conflict through effective mediation and communication with stakeholders
  • Facilitate early access to treatment and services to support timely recovery and return to work
  • Collaborate with Case Managers, Technical and Injury Management Specialists, and Team Leaders to develop and action early intervention plans
  • Interact with internal and external stakeholders through video conferencing, phone calls, and face-to-face meetings
About You
  • Experience or qualifications in mediation, facilitated workplace discussions, or conflict resolution
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems by taking action consistent with information and evidence gathered from different sources
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills across various mediums
  • Ability to build productive relationships and meet stakeholder needs
