Senior Quality Professional Role

SEE Civil seeks a senior quality professional to lead the implementation and continuous improvement of our Corporate Quality Management System.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our Integrated Management System (IMS) and contractual obligations.
  • Ensure all relevant quality documentation is completed as required by the IMS and contractual obligations.
  • Conduct audits, monitor project activities, and implement corrective actions to achieve compliance.
  • Verify adherence to project standards, checklists, and safe working practices.
  • Stay informed of legislative developments, industry standards, and best practices in construction.
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures within the Quality System to ensure compliance with OH&S requirements.
Essential Skills and Attributes
  • Proven experience in quality management, construction, and delivery processes.
  • Effective communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of Quality practices, procedures, and OHS&W systems.
  • Experience as a Contractor Quality Representative on projects requiring TMR prequalification at R4/B3 level or higher.
