Quality Management Professional

We are seeking a seasoned Quality Management professional to spearhead our corporate quality management system implementation and drive continuous improvement.

This role is responsible for:

  • Ensuring a thorough understanding of the company's integrated management system and contractual obligations;
  • Maintaining the quality system, registers, and ensuring all quality documentation is completed as required;
  • Completing audit requirements for the quality system as directed by the IMS manager;
  • Monitoring activities to ensure conformance with established standards and addressing non-conformances in a timely manner;
  • Conducting meetings to establish standards of care and verifying checklist usage before concrete placement;
  • Staying informed of legislative requirements, industry standards, and best practices and adhering to them at all times;
  • Developing and maintaining policies and procedures to ensure compliance with statutory OH&S requirements;
  • Ensuring safe working conditions for plant, equipment, staff, and subcontractors and meeting environmental, safety, and legislative requirements;
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Background in engineering, construction, and delivery processes with experience in actual project delivery;
  • Effective planning, organising, and problem-solving skills with ability to indirectly lead, motivate, and influence others;
  • Extensive experience in quality practices, procedures, and hands-on experience monitoring and reviewing OHS&W systems, procedures, and practices;
  • Proven site-based experience serving as a contractor quality representative on projects requiring TMR prequalification at R4/B3 level or higher;
