Our team thrives in a culture of safety, sustainability, quality, and continuous improvement-and we're now seeking an experienced **Quality Manager** to join our team in **Stapylton, QLD**.

**About the Role**

As Quality Manager, you'll be the site's key quality leader, responsible for implementing and maintaining the Quality Management System, leading audits and investigations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory, food safety, and customer standards. Reporting to the Plant Manager and National Quality Manager, you'll work closely with all departments to drive quality performance across the site.

**Your Responsibilities Will Include**:

- Leading the site Quality team and managing daily QA/QC operations
- Driving quality systems compliance with HACCP, GMP, and customer standards
- Managing and improving QA/QC procedures, audits, documentation, and training
- Investigating internal and external quality incidents and closing CARs
- Reporting on QMS performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Overseeing laboratory functions, staff, and equipment calibration/testing
- Coordinating internal audits, HACCP, complaints, and document control processes
- Leading site quality audits and ensuring full readiness and compliance

**About You**:

- 3-5 years' experience in a Quality leadership role within an FMCG or manufacturing environment
- Sound understanding of complex Quality Management Systems and HACCP principles
- Relevant tertiary qualification in quality, food science, or related field
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) and document control systems
- Calm under pressure, solution-focused, and a proactive team player
