Role Overview
As a Casual Educator at Goodstart Early Learning, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and learning of children in our care. You will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and cognitive growth of our children.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively contribute to the education program in the room and centre team
- Engage and supervise children at all times, ensuring their safety and well-being
- Maintain a safe environment for children, families, and team members
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families
- Comply with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures

Requirements
- An ACECQA-approved early childhood qualification
- Availability to work flexible hours between Monday and Friday, 6:30am to 6:30pm
- Ability to travel between other local services as required
