About the Role:

As an Early Childhood Teacher at Goodstart West Kempsey, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging environment that supports the growth and development of young children. Your expertise and passion for early childhood education will be essential in delivering high-quality programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our children.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement engaging and challenging learning programs that cater to the needs of children from birth to six years old.
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative and supportive learning environment.
  • Monitor and assess children's progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness to inform program development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver high-quality programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework.
