About the Role:
We are looking for someone who shares our passion for providing high-quality early learning programs that foster a love of learning and promote the development of young children. As an Educator, you will work alongside Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to craft and enhance exceptional learning programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children. Your dedication to safety and inclusivity will ensure every child feels valued and supported in their learning experiences.
As a Cook, you will play a vital role in creating delicious, healthy meals that fuel young minds and bodies. You will become a cherished part of our community, shaping the daily experiences of the children in our care with your passion for food and commitment to quality.
About Goodstart Innisfail:
This small, 57-place centre excels in creating a nurturing, inclusive, and supportive environment for children in Toddlers, Pre-Kindy, and Kindergarten. Our diverse and experienced staff value strong bonds between home and the centre, ensuring holistic child development through tailored care environments and culturally rich interactions. Activities are designed to meet the specific needs of each age group, promoting physical, cognitive, and social-emotional growth.

Requirements:
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent) is required.
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or experience cooking within a childcare setting is preferred but not necessary.
- A strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards is essential.
- A current Queensland Working with Children Check is required.
