This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a background in content governance, compliance, or regulatory roles, with experience creating and embedding governance frameworks and policies in highly regulated environments.

They will also have exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, as well as the ability to maintain visibility over the status of content approval processes.

We're looking for someone who can analyze data to identify trends and improve operational efficiency, as well as develop measurement frameworks to assess the effectiveness of content governance risks, controls, and processes.

Requirements
  • Strong background in content governance, compliance, or regulatory roles.
  • Demonstrated experience creating and embedding governance frameworks and policies in highly regulated environments.

  • Ability to maintain visibility over the status of content approval processes.
  • Capacity to analyze data to identify trends and improve operational efficiency.
  • Experience working with CMS (Sitecore) and content approval and governance tools.
