Content Governance Specialist

The Content Governance Specialist leads the redesign and implementation of content governance frameworks, ensuring accuracy, consistency, relevance, and compliance across all content channels. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Content Operations and Governance.

This is a mid-senior level position responsible for promoting best practices and developing comprehensive content governance frameworks that align with regulatory requirements and industry standards. The specialist works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure governance processes are practical, transparent, and scalable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Redesign content governance frameworks to improve efficiency and compliance across all content experiences.
  • Develop and implement guidelines for the creation, publication, and review of content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and relevance.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure governance processes are practical, transparent, and scalable.
  • Maintain visibility over content approval processes to ensure compliance at all stages.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content governance, compliance, and regulatory roles, or content quality assurance. They will demonstrate experience creating and embedding governance frameworks and policies in highly regulated environments.
