Job Opportunity: Content Governance Manager

This role requires a professional to lead the development and implementation of content governance frameworks across the organization, ensuring content is accurate, consistent, current, compliant with regulatory requirements and aligned with business objectives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Redesign and improve existing content governance processes to enhance efficiency and compliance
  • Develop guidelines for content creation, publication, and review
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure governance processes are practical, transparent, and scalable
  • Implement comprehensive content governance frameworks to maintain high-quality content
  • Work with stakeholders to align content approvals with business requirements and industry regulations
  • Improve processes, lead CMS enhancements, and optimize workflows to scale content operations
  • Identify, escalate, and resolve content-related risks, issues, and dependencies

The ideal candidate will have experience creating and embedding governance frameworks in regulated environments, strong communication and stakeholder management skills, and expertise in content approval and governance tools.

Achieving Success in This Role Requires:

  • Strong background in content governance, compliance, and regulatory roles or content quality assurance
  • Experience working in an agile delivery environment
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the health insurance sector is desirable but not essential
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
