Job Title

The Content Governance Specialist is responsible for leading the development and implementation of content governance frameworks to ensure high-quality content across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive content governance frameworks, including guidelines for creation, publication, and review of content.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure governance processes are practical, transparent, and scalable.
  3. Work with stakeholders to define and implement standards for content approvals, aligning with business requirements and industry regulations.
  4. Identify, escalate, and resolve content-related risks, issues, and dependencies.
  5. Maintain visibility over content approval processes to ensure compliance at all stages.
  6. Analyze content governance data to identify trends and enhance operational efficiency.
  7. Develop measurement frameworks to assess governance effectiveness, risks, controls, and processes.

Requirements

  • Strong background in content governance, compliance, regulatory roles, or content quality assurance.
  • Experience creating and embedding governance frameworks and policies in highly regulated environments.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience or certification in an agile delivery environment.
