Home Buying Support Specialist

We are on a mission to simplify the property buying experience. Our platform provides a central hub with everything needed to buy a property confidently.

As a key member of our team, you will support customers through their home-buying journey, ensuring each customer's property journey—from search to settlement—is successful.

  • Manage multiple work streams, including processing tasks across the property purchase process such as contract review, exchange, and settlement.
  • Liaise with lawyer partners and lenders to ensure our platform remains a comprehensive, one-stop shop for customers.
  • Manage our support inbox, responding to customer queries with empathy and a commitment to excellent service.
  • Process tasks and support requests within agreed turnaround times.
  • Maintain accuracy in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
  • Stay updated on business rules, procedures, standards, policies, and relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Experience in customer service, administration, or operational support.
  • A commitment to exceptional customer service.
  • Strong prioritization and planning skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to navigate complex processes.
  • Team player with a desire to join a winning team.

Note: To support WA customers, this role may require working outside Sydney hours occasionally (10AM - 6PM).
