Residential Home Loan Specialist

You will be assisting clients through residential home loan applications, managing their home loan journey from start to finish and being the point of contact throughout. You will provide an exceptional experience as you help your clients navigate through a complex process while understanding their needs and individual circumstances.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with residential home loan applications
  • Manage the home loan journey from start to finish
  • Be the primary point of contact for clients
Requirements:
  • Experience in sales environment and strong home loans knowledge
  • Performance driven and motivated to exceed key performance metrics
  • Ability to build relationships and generate sales leads
  • Ability to work within business processes with good planning and organisational skills
  • Growth mindset with desire to learn continuously improve and adapt
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to navigate complex situations and provide effective solutions
