
Executive Customer Experience Specialist

Job Description: As a Client Experience Executive, you will be responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering exceptional client experiences and events. You will work closely with the Client Development Manager to execute in-boutique activations, client treatments, and bespoke out-of-boutique experiences in line with Maison guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the execution of client events and activations
- Curate client itineraries and travel arrangements for international events
- Coordinate festive client gifting initiatives with stakeholders and departments
- Support reporting and client insights for boutique teams
- Collaborate with key stakeholders on campaigns for client recruitment and retention
- Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers
You must have proven luxury client treatment or event management experience, be curious, positive, flexible, organized, reliable, attentive to detail, and eager to create exceptional client experiences. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is being result-oriented and client-focused to achieve excellence.
