Job Summary

Resolve Recruit is partnering with a high-profile Commonwealth Government agency to find a skilled Digital Adoption Lead (Change Management Specialist) to lead a range of technology-based projects within the Department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement Digital Transformation Strategies

Design and implement strategies to drive the adoption of digital technologies, tools, and processes across the organisation, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption.

Forge Effective Partnerships

Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify potential risks and impacts associated with enhancing cyber posture, digital transformation, and the adoption of new technologies, developing and implementing strategies to mitigate these risks effectively.

Develop Supporting Materials and Facilitate Training

Develop supporting materials and facilitate training to enhance staff skills in managing and securing IT environments, while elevating cloud and cybersecurity knowledge within the organisation.

Establish Key Performance Indicators

Establish Key Performance Indicators and metrics to monitor adoption progress and the performance of project initiatives, providing regular reports to Senior Executives on project initiatives, including their impact and benefits.

Design and Develop Communication Plans

Design and develop Communication Plans, messages, and products to ensure effective stakeholder engagement and adoption of new technologies.

Transfer Skills and Knowledge

Transfer skills and knowledge to departmental staff and ensure documentation is stored in accordance with the Department's recordkeeping policy and practices.

Produce Deliverables

Produce deliverables including but not limited to Change Management Plans, High-Level Change Impact Assessments, Communication and Stakeholder Engagement Plans, and Training Artefacts.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in change management, digital transformation, and technology implementation, with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
