This is a permanent, full-time opportunity with flexible location options. As a Digital Adoption Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting digital adoption by simplifying and enhancing the user experience.
Key Responsibilities- Design and Develop WalkMe Solutions: Create walkthroughs, smart tips, launchers, and other in-app guidance elements to boost user engagement with digital tools and platforms.
- Customize and Configure WalkMe Functionalities: Tailor WalkMe functionalities to meet specific business needs and requirements.
- Lead WalkMe Implementation: Oversee the implementation of WalkMe solutions across Personal Injury Insurance.
- Provide Training and Support: Train internal teams and end-users on the effective use of WalkMe tools.
- Create Documentation and Resources: Develop documentation and resources to facilitate user adoption and self-service support.
- Minimum 2 Years of Experience: In digital adoption, learning and development, or a related area, with a focus on platforms like WalkMe.
- Strong Understanding of Digital Adoption Principles: Knowledge of digital adoption principles and best practices.
- Excellent Coaching and Training Skills: Ability to coach, train, and present effectively.
- Certification in WalkMe or Other Digital Adoption Platforms: Highly desirable.
- Knowledge of General Insurance Practices and Policies: Familiarity with relevant General Insurance practices and policies.
