About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Transformation Strategist to join our Strategy and Consulting practice at Publicis Groupe. As a Senior Associate, you will play a key role in developing innovative strategies to improve customer outcomes, business performance, and lead our clients through digital change.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development of digital and technology strategies to drive business growth and improvement
  • Work across a broad range of projects, including digital maturity assessments, enterprise architecture, technology evaluation, transformation roadmaps, and business case development
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business drivers, strategies, and customer experience vision to develop meaningful technology strategies
  • Present and evaluate solution options, and seek consensus among key team members and stakeholders
  • Support the development of client proposals, including the selection of relevant consulting tools and frameworks
  • Lead discrete activities or end-to-end streams of work as part of project delivery

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of consulting experience with a strong focus on digital and technology
  • Fluent in English with outstanding client-facing capabilities, verbal and written communication skills, and numerical and presentation skills
  • Exposure to developing strategies and plans underpinning business transformation for clients across industries
  • Understanding and interest in digital technologies, including data, cloud, AI/ML, web3.0, etc.
  • High level of competence in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel to deliver client deliverables of utmost quality
  • Ideal exposure to design thinking, customer journeys, service design, and customer experience approaches
  • Ideal exposure to agile ways of working
