About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Manager to lead and manage change initiatives within a large government digital transformation program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Manage Benefits Realisation
    • Create benefits management approaches and maps.
  • Create and Implement Change Management Strategies
    • Develop and implement change management plans for various projects.
  • Facilitate Workshops and Impact Assessments
    • Facilitate workshops and impact assessments to inform change planning and execution.
  • Guide and Coach Team Members
    • Guide and coach team members and stakeholders to build change management capability.
Requirements
  • Extensive Experience in Digital Projects
    • Extensive experience in delivering digital projects and programs within a government context.
  • Certification in Change Management and Project Management
    • Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) and Project Management (e.g., PRINCE2, MSP).
  • Proven Leadership in Organisational Change Management
    • Proven leadership in organisational change management within ICT/digital settings.
  • Strong Communication and Stakeholder Engagement Skills
    • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and guide senior executives.
Desirable Criteria
  • Experience in Managing External Business Transformation Partners
    • Experience in managing external Business Transformation Partners.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability
    • Flexibility and adaptability in managing multiple priorities and delivering under tight timeframes.
  • Mentorship and Guidance
    • Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide project teams in change and benefits management.
