Job Title: Bid Coordinator/ Administrator

This role is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our team in a bid coordination/administrative position. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The Role: As a Bid Coordinator/Administrator, you will be responsible for coordinating the preparation, collation, formatting, and submission of high-quality proposals and tenders. You will also design presentations, manage the design of proposals and expressions of interest, and work collaboratively with other team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work within timelines to ensure tender deadlines are met
  • Design presentations for client interviews
  • Manage the post-submission process, including clarifications and schedule resubmissions
  • Attend bid meetings, take minutes, and follow up on outstanding terms
  • Assist with the development of content and communication via social media
  • Monitor various tender search websites and portals for potential project opportunities
  • Undertake other general administration as required

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in a similar submission/bid coordinator position in the natural built industry
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop is essential
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication is required
  • Self-motivation and eagerness to learn are essential
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
