Job Title: Office Services Assistant

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as an Office Services Assistant.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our office.

  • Mail distribution and courier services management;
  • Ordering catering, stationery, and kitchen supplies;
  • Facilities management including maintenance requests, cleaning, and security systems monitoring;
  • Record management policy implementation for archiving and file management;
  • Assisting with event planning and preparation;
  • Meeting room setup and reception relief.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide administrative support to the National Facilities & Administration Manager;
  2. Work closely with the Perth Office Services team to ensure seamless operations;
  3. Manage and maintain accurate records and files;
  4. Coordinate mail distribution and courier services;
  5. Ensure the office is clean, tidy, and free from defects;
  6. Implement the record management policy for archiving and file management.
Requirements:
  • Professional presentation with excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Sound computer skills and experience with software applications;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Positive attitude and flexible approach;
  • Physically able to assist with room set-ups, internal office moves, and deliveries.
