Customer Insights Leader

We are seeking an experienced Customer Insights professional to join our team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering actionable insights and driving customer-centric initiatives.

About the Role

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract as a Customer Insights Manager. You will design and deliver insight programs and solutions covering primary research and customer data analysis. You will also manage and optimize key platforms to deliver business stakeholders with detailed insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver insight programs and solutions covering primary research and customer data analysis.
  • Manage and optimize key platforms to deliver business stakeholders with detailed insights.
  • Support team members in various roles to utilize insights effectively in addressing business challenges such as customer experience optimization and store development.
  • Source, analyze, and synthesize data from multiple sources to develop customer-focused insights and actions.
  • Develop and deliver succinct, insightful, and actionable reports for executive leadership teams and general management communities.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • 5+ years of experience in Insights/Strategy/Customer Experience/Voice of Customer background within consumer research & insights agency or in-house.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to translate complex research findings into actionable insights.
  • Broad and practical understanding of analytical tools and market insight methodologies.
  • Experience designing market research and analytics programs.
  • Experience using insights to improve customer and commercial outcomes.
  • Strong leadership experience/ability to lead working groups and provide mentorship to graduates.
