About the Role

This exciting opportunity exists for a Team Leader to join our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Programs of Support service. The successful candidate will ensure that support services are delivered consistently with our Policy and Procedure Guidelines.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, be able to manage staff effectively, and provide guidance and support as needed.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • To lead and manage staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • To coordinate the provision of services and programs to individuals with complex support needs.
  • To work effectively with a diverse group of people, promoting cultural awareness and respect.
  • To maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • To work autonomously, demonstrating high initiative and problem-solving skills.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated ability to support and supervise staff.
  • Understanding of NDIS processes and requirements.
  • Experience in coordinating provision of services and programs to individuals with complex support needs.
  • Ability to work effectively with a culturally diverse group.
  • Ability to work autonomously with high initiative.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Essential Criteria:

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance.
  • Fully vaccinated against Covid-19 (including Booster Vaccination #3).
  • Experience in supporting and supervising staff.
  • Understanding of NDIS processes and requirements.
