Assistant Restaurant Manager Job Description

Lead and inspire a passionate crew as an Assistant Restaurant Manager. You will work alongside the Restaurant Manager to motivate and guide your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to manage multiple priorities, and maintain high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of staff to achieve sales and service targets
  • Manage inventory and ordering of supplies
  • Implement and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Ensure effective communication and teamwork among all staff members
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role or industry
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales and service targets
  • Basic knowledge of food preparation and presentation
