Manage Scheduling and Team Performance
We are seeking a skilled Service Coordinator to oversee the scheduling and coordination of our dedicated support workers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive staff rosters for efficient shift coverage and service delivery.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and oversee shift changes for seamless service continuity.
- Conduct performance evaluations to enhance team efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with employment and industry regulations in all scheduling activities.
- Monitor staff attendance, manage leave requests, and maintain accurate working hour records.
- Identify areas for process improvement in rostering and staff management.
- Collaborate with HR, operations, and support coordinators to coordinate participant and staff schedules effectively.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in scheduling or roster management, project coordination, customer service management, logistics coordination, or related roles.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing or leading a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and familiarity with scheduling software.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
