Logistics Project Manager Opportunity

Mars is a leader in creating a positive impact on the world through its business practices. As part of our Logistics Acceleration initiative, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive efficiency, digitisation, and measurable business impact in our integrated supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project delivery via effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure seamless adoption of new processes and technologies.
  • Drive the implementation of new TMS Capabilities across all project stages, from concept to go live support.
  • Ensure integration between digital solutions and physical logistics operations.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues impacting project timelines and budgets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in managing large-scale supply chain or TMS transformation projects.
  • Strong expertise in change management, stakeholder engagement, and project risk management.
  • Practical knowledge of digital solutions and their application in logistics operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external partners.
  • Solutions-oriented approach with a focus on delivering real business impact.

Additional Information:

  • This is a 12-month contract position.
  • For Melbourne-based candidates, travel to Wodonga and international calls will be required.
