Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate staff schedules and rotations to ensure optimal service delivery
- Maintain high standards of customer service through effective team leadership

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in hospitality management or a related field
- Experience working in high-volume food & beverage venues or similar environments
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team
- Passion for live music, entertainment, and comedy events
- Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification
