**Job Description:**
We are seeking an accomplished leader to oversee the integration of Supply Chain and Logistics functions, fostering seamless collaboration to maximise efficiencies and deliver performance excellence.
The successful candidate will provide guidance and support to 3 direct reports, empowering them to set KPIs and operational strategies that propel the business forward.
Key responsibilities include implementing best practices in forecasting, stock optimisation, and procurement processes, as well as analysing data from shipping and delivery processes to identify bottlenecks and resolve issues.
**Requirements and Skills:**
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field
- 10+ years leadership experience in competitive supply chain environment
- Possess exceptional communication skills and adaptability
- Demonstrate strategic approach with technology utilisation and positive work culture
- High level proficiency in Excel, Microsoft suites, and ERP software
