Supply Chain Management Role

We're looking for a seasoned professional to lead our supplier, QA, and production teams in driving excellence across every touchpoint. This strategic Supply Chain Manager role is critical to ensuring seamless product delivery to customers worldwide.

This position reports to the Supply Chain Operations Director and involves driving alignment between product, production, logistics, and social responsibility to guarantee high-quality products are delivered on time, every time. You'll be responsible for managing key relationships across sourcing, quality, and compliance efforts while supporting sustainability goals, growth, and pace.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor the Supplier, Quality Assurance, and Production teams
  • Build and optimize a global supplier base for Country Of Origin diversity, capacity planning, and category coverage
  • Oversee onboarding, trading terms, and compliance of new and existing suppliers
  • Ensure product quality through robust QA programs for both new and core styles
  • Collaborate with the Logistics team to improve delivery timelines and freight efficiencies
  • Partner with the Social Responsibility Manager to support factory audits and compliance
  • Drive on-time delivery through production oversight and supplier communication
  • Maintain accurate data across all supply chain systems

  • Diverse, efficient, and compliant supplier base
  • Lifted product quality and reduced returns year on year
  • Ensured compliance across testing, auditing, and sustainability benchmarks
  • Watertight production timelines aligned with business needs

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience in supply chain or production management (Fashion or FMCG preferred)
  • Proven experience in supplier management and supply chain operations within a fashion industry or related field
  • Strong Leadership and team management skills, across multi-functional teams
  • Experience with ERP and quality management systems
  • Ability to think strategically, solve problems fast, and stay calm under pressure
  • Knowledge of sustainability practices in supply chain management
  • Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements
