This newly created role offers the opportunity to build processes, frameworks and policies from scratch while making a real impact across logistics, inventory, procurement, contract negotiation, warehousing and distribution.

The Role

Develop and implement supply chain strategies to drive efficiency and business growth.

Lead supplier management and contract negotiations across logistics, warehousing and related services.

Oversee demand planning, forecasting, imports/exports and inventory optimisation.

Collaborate with sites to centralise minimise third-party warehousing and distribution.

Use ERP systems (SAP) to monitor performance, track KPIs and improve processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic supply chain plans to meet business objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate contracts that benefit the organisation.
  • Manage inventory levels and lead times to ensure efficient supply chain operations.
  • Implement process improvements using data analysis and benchmarking.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field is highly regarded.
  • Proven experience in supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
