At Princess Polly, we don't just follow trends, we define them. Behind our fast-paced, forward-fashion brand is a supply chain that keeps everything moving. We're looking for a strategic and solutions-focused Supply Chain Manager to lead our global supplier, QA and production teams and drive excellence across every touchpoint.

Reporting to the Supply Chain Operations Director, this role is all about driving alignment between product, Production, Logistics and Social Responsibility to ensure our customers receive high quality products, on time, every time. You'll be responsible for managing key relationships across our sourcing, quality and compliance efforts, while ensuring our supply chain supports our sustainability goals, growth and pace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the Supplier, Quality Assurance, and Production teams
• Build and optimise a global supplier base to ensure Country Of Origin diversity, capacity planning, and category coverage across key areas like Denim, Swim and Footwear
• Oversee onboarding, trading terms, and compliance of new and existing suppliers
• Ensure product quality through robust QA programs for both new and core styles
• Collaborate with the Logistics team to improve delivery timelines and freight efficiencies
• Partner with the Social Responsibility Manager to support factory audits and compliance
• Drive on-time delivery through production oversight and supplier communication
• Monitor returns and lead initiatives to improve fit and quality
• Maintain accurate data across all supply chain systems
  
  

What Success looks like:

• Your supply base is diverse, efficient, and meets lead time and cost targets
• You're lifting product quality and reducing returns year on year
• You ensure compliance across testing, auditing and sustainability benchmarks
• Your production timelines are watertight and aligned with business needs
• You champion continuous improvement and resilience in our supply chain
  
  

Skills and Experience:

• 5 + years experience in supply chain or production management (Fashion or FMCG preferred).
• Proven experience in supplier management and supply chain operations within a fashion industry or a related field.
• Strong Leadership and team management skills, across multi-functional teams
• Experience with ERP and quality management systems
• You can think strategically, solve problems fast, and stay calm under pressure.
• Ability to speak Mandarin/Cantonese preferred but not required
• Knowledge of sustainability practices in supply chain management
• Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements
