Job Title:
ePMO Analyst
About the Role:
The ePMO analyst plays a crucial role in managing and controlling documents, such as form templates, meeting minutes, reports, plans, and schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and support project commitments effectively.
- Consolidate Portfolio, Program and Project information and provide regular status updates.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures/Processes for Client activities.
- Identify process improvements to the Client activities and workflows.
- Support the generation of metrics (e.g., dashboards) used by program management, maintenance of data sources related to dashboard-based deliverables.
- Execute ePMO tasking proactively to support program objectives and deadlines.
- Manage the PPM platform effectively.
- Provide administrative support by coordinating correspondence, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing ePMO work such as: preparing agendas and minutes for meetings, electronic filing of relevant documentation, Schedules management.
- Maintain basic monitoring of project costs, progress against schedule from the Project Management System.
Requirements:
- A number of years experience in a similar PMO or Project Coordinator/Analyst /Scheduler position.
- Able to research and write up a project related brief.
- Familiarity with PPM Platform (Planview/Changepoint SA or Daptive) is preferred but not essential.
- Proficiency in MS Project.
- Strong skills in MS Office Suite: Visio, Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodology.
- Project Coordinator or Certificate in Project Management. Credit or Distinction level average.
Security Clearance:
Open to Australian citizens who possess or be willing to go through the process to obtain and maintain a Baseline, NV1 personnel security clearance.
