Facilities Portfolio Manager

The Facilities Coordinator will manage a diverse portfolio of client properties, providing proactive support and assistance to the Facilities Manager as required. This role requires an experienced individual with a strong focus on client service and a proven ability to meet or exceed KPI targets.
Key Responsibilities- Manage an assigned portfolio of client properties, ensuring high-quality facilities and diligent review of maintenance activities.
- Support and assist the Facilities Manager in completing all duties, including reporting to the Account Manager or Facilities Manager.
- Interface between the Landlord and client business operationally, including attending meetings and reporting as required.
- Maintain accurate records and data, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and adherence to processes and guidelines.
- Australian Citizenship is required.
- Career aspirations within Facilities Management are desirable.
- Experience and knowledge across a broad range of property activities are essential.
- Strong client focus and customer service mindset are required.
- Demonstrated ability to act upon client instructions and achieve results is necessary.
- Able to work independently and as part of both a local and international team is a requirement.
