Expert People Developer

This role presents a transformative opportunity for an individual to drive leadership development programs, succession planning, and talent initiatives across the organisation.
The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in human resources or organisational psychology and proven experience in organisational development with a focus on leadership and talent strategies.
A strong understanding of internal communication strategy and mediums is also required, along with high energy, a strong work ethic, and a passion for making a difference in people's professional journeys.
The Role- Drive leadership development programs to empower our people
- Lead succession planning and talent initiatives to support high levels of engagement
- Facilitate programs to embed company values and build high-performance teams
- Coordinate annual engagement surveys and organisation-wide initiatives
- Assist with early careers development programs
