The Role
We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our talent acquisition team. As a key member of our team, you will play an important role in attracting and engaging talented people to our corporate and site teams.
- Actively source, interview, and offer for a variety of positions across geology, underground and open pit mining, health and safety, administration and corporate head office.
- Proactively approach and negotiate with candidates, building rapport and relationships within the gold industry.
- Assist in the development of alternate sourcing strategies to build talent pools for roles within the business.
- Contribute towards the continuous improvement of our employer branding and market recognition through targeted projects.
About You
We're looking for someone who brings:
- Experience across the full talent acquisition process from strategic sourcing through to offer negotiation and acceptance.
- Highly developed, professional communication skills.
- Ideally, some exposure to talent acquisition from either the mining or wider resources industry.
- Effective interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Able to travel to remote site locations, occasionally for multiple days.
- A current West Australian C Class (manual) driver's licence and the ability to obtain a National Police Clearance for site access clearance purposes.
Job Requirements
- High volume recruitment experience preferably in the mining sector.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Able to travel frequently to site locations.
